ABOUT WELLZ & NEW VENTURES

The New Ventures team is responsible for developing and launching new products to support Gympass in pursuing viable solutions to unlock substantial growth. We operate as a startup within a startup, implementing new products from scratch through product market fit, experimentation and testing, all the way through the scale up and release stage. 

Our team has recently launched a new, innovative mental health platform to offer companies and their employees access to  affordable, timely, and personalized emotional health support. By combining technology with a robust clinical methodology, Wellz is on a mission to democratize access to quality emotional health support for leading corporations. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to our New Ventures - Wellz team in São Paulo, Brazil

Wellz by Gympass was born in 2021 with the aim of democratizing mental health in Brazil. We enable companies to help their teams be healthier, more resilient and more deeply engaged. Through our platform, it is possible to provide individual clinical care online, access interactive content about mental health and participate in group conversations.

We make it easier for people to access a journey of self-care and self-knowledge that is ideal for their individual needs.  The approach we use is cognitive behavioral therapy, which aims for individual clinical improvement based on evidence.

You will have experience in all areas related to the handling of Product Marketing (particularly B2B focus). You will develop compelling messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies that will have a direct impact on every initiative (and team!) at New Ventures. Product Marketing is the company’s most cross-functional role, you will work across teams and disciplines to uncover value propositions, create messaging, and understand personas and project management releases from initial ideation all the way through to public launch. Your will directly influence Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Wellbeing Engagement, and Client Success to help them achieve critical goals like product adoption, marketing pipeline, opportunity conversion, revenue, and client retention. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will help drive our growth marketing engine;
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: You’ll craft value messaging that captivates, educates, and converts in the form of positioning documents, website copy, landing pages, ad copy, emails, Sales collateral, videos, blog content, case studies – and more!
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: You’ll ideate, execute projects, and launch GTM programs that align to New Ventures’ product roadmap, power marketing campaigns, and accelerate our sales pipeline to Closed/Won;
  • Incredible Storytelling: You’ll educate and inspire confidence in internal/external stakeholders on our offerings and their true value;
  • Pipeline Acceleration: You’ll align marketing projects with our ICPs (externally) and pipeline (internally) to acquire and move new prospects of all sizes through the sales cycle to closed/won – and onto product adoption;
  • Customer-Facing: You’ll be the ultimate advocate of New Ventures’ various audiences by engaging with clients, prospects, partners, and other external stakeholders;
  • Cross-Functional: You’ll work with a diverse and talented team of revenue, content, clinical, product, sales and cs to create content, build presentations, launch campaigns, and deploy various experiences to fuel the pipeline;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A seasoned product marketer previous relevant experience of proven track record of executing successful product and capability launches;
  • Experience in executing end-to-endB2B co-marketing and GTM (Go To Market) strategies and programs;
  • Expert in product marketing; strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, search, product management, & people enablement best practices;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  and ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations;
  • Advanced English;
  • A unique balance of creative skills, with a highly technical and detailed understanding of how different products/technologies can work together;
  • Exceptional project management skills, both with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across different functions, departments, and organizations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Bonus points for marketplace product marketing experience.
