About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our Long Term Continuous Monitoring (LTCM) platform within our Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring (ACM) business. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving product adoption, and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our target market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry, a proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns, and a demonstrated ability to lead effectively through a dynamic, fast-paced and highly matrixed organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the LTCM platform, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Marketing:
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning, including clinical, that highlights unique value propositions and addresses customer needs.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to define and communicate the value proposition of the LTCM medical devices and Zio service to targeted customers.
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms, social media, trade show activations, conferences, and print media.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Create competitive marketing messaging and materials to support efforts to gain share and defend our #1 position in the LTCM marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and expectations.
- Product Launches:
- Design and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product and new feature launches, considering regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Activate marketing efforts to promote the release of new clinical data that supports the LTCM business.
- Work closely with sales and other commercial teams to provide necessary tools and materials for successful product adoption.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct analyses and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, and product presentations, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging online content for various platforms.
- Market Education:
- Develop educational materials to support sales efforts and enhance customer understanding of Med Tech products.
- Organize and participate in training sessions for internal teams on product features and benefits.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Product, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Sales/The Field, Enablement, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective product marketing and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry influencers.
- Ensure marketing activations are compliant with all appropriate regulations and internal policies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the LTCM marketing budget for assigned responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track budget utilization and campaign effectiveness.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Manage other ad hoc Marketing projects as required, that may cut across all product lines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/sales roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience in the cardiac space is considered a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and utilization of marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive, quickly adapt to change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and matrixed work environment.
Travel:
Estimated 30% travel
