Responsibilities Define product positioning, target audiences, and value propositions for auto and sports‑related consumer products, translating them into clear messaging frameworks. Support new product/feature launches and growth initiatives, including campaign themes, messaging, and channel strategies across paid, owned, and membership touchpoints. Utilize Generative AI tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on campaign copy, creative concepts, and audience segmentations to improve speed-to-market. Partner with Product and Editorial teams to leverage data and content to optimize vertical thought leadership and user engagement. Plan and execute cross‑product and cross‑channel integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with B2C brand and product strategies. Prepare comprehensive briefs and presentation decks that articulate campaign objectives, key messages, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders. Develop performance‑oriented assets and media plans across digital, social, content, and membership channels. Manage project timelines and budgets, tracking execution status and risks to ensure high-quality, on-time launches. Support event activations, content partnerships, and PR executions while defining clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and revenue. Qualifications 8+ years experience in product, vertical, or sports marketing, with a track record of independent project ownership. Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive and sports industries and their respective market dynamics. Experience in partnership marketing, business development, or co‑marketing on the brand or platform side. Proficiency in using AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, or specialized marketing AI). Solid data literacy with the ability to interpret complex research findings to drive informed marketing decisions. Strong project managementskills, with the ability to lead small project teams or work streams of larger scope. Excellent writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English. Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with comfort collaborating across regional and global teams. An openness to experimentation and continuous learning in an evolving, AI-augmented marketing environment. BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
