We are hiring for a Product Operations Lead – Premium Experience Build to join our event operations team to deliver the Australian Open 2027. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until March 2027. About the role Reporting to the Premium Experience & Catering Operations Manager, as the Product Operations Lead you will be responsible for leading the Australian Open Premium Experience, Private Spaces design and build schedule along with providing operational support to the product operations team throughout the tournament delivery. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of Premium Experience builds, ensuring quality, budget and timelines are met Manage suppliers, contractors, agencies and seasonal coordinators, driving performance and accountability across all deliverables Oversee project planning, procurement and feasibility for new and existing Premium Experience products Coordinate on-site logistics, including bump-in/bump-out, production schedules and asset management Partner with designers, caterers and stakeholders to align operational and F&B requirements with build delivery Own compliance and OH&S processes, ensuring all regulatory, safety and accessibility requirements are met About you To be successful in this role you will: Have experience delivering complex event builds or temporary infrastructure projects Bring strong supplier and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to drive outcomes Demonstrate solid project management capability across multiple priorities and timelines Be highly organised with strong operational, logistical and budget management skills Have working knowledge of compliance, OH&S and event/site regulations Thrive in fast-paced environments with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
