Responsibilities

</b></br><li>Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pison’s gesture control features and solutions.</li><li>Work closely with the Product Management to understand product visions and need for gesture control integration.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.</li><li>Gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of priorities and deliverables.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging Gesture control technologies to maintain Pison’s competitive edge.</li><li>Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and resolve issues.</li></br><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></br><li>Strong understanding of gesture control technologies and their applications.</li><li>Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Experience with neural interface technologies, AI, data sets, and IoT applications is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.</li></br>
