Join our dynamic team as a Product Specialist in the exciting world of gaming products at Stoiximan and Betano. In this pivotal role, you'll be working at the heart of our product team, collaborating closely with Product Owners (POs) & Senior Product Owners (SPOs)  and various cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to streamline the product development process, supporting our product teams to materialize the company's vision. It's a great opportunity to start a career in Kaizen Gaming’s Product department.

• Support the Scrum team in their daily tasks along with the Product Owner & Senior Product Owners;
• Create requirements in the forms of epics and stories;
• Support in Managing the backlog and iteration planning process;
• Product Roadmap Execution: Work closely with gaming development teams to effectively develop and implement the product roadmap, ensuring smooth rollout of updates and features across all platforms and countries;
• Keep a pulse on the gaming industry, identifying market leaders, top features, and emerging trends in gaming Products, especially in RNG, Live Casino, Virtuals & Lotto products.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a product-related role; experience in the online gaming space (RNG & Live Casino, Virtuals & Lotto products) is a plus.
• Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
• Data-Driven: Must possess a strong data-driven mindset;
• Technology Savvy: A good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus;
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, top-notch organizational and communication skills;
• Environment Adaptability: Eager to work in a fast-paced product environment, constantly striving to enhance our product offering and user experience.
