Let’s start with the role

As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Payments Product team / Account & Payments  Vertical, supporting the end-to-end payments product delivery. A great candidate for this role aspires to work in a fast-paced product environment and is eager to enhance our product offering and create an exceptional user experience.

• Identify customer pain points as in regards to our payments product in the markets we currently operate;
• Identify and promote product optimizations;
• Work with relevant internal teams (i.e. Product Owners, Operations, CS, Finance) to collect data, communicate updates, and ensure alignment;
• Translate the operational framework processes & requirements in the most effective way during an upcoming product design & implementation;
• Work with the relevant tech team(s) by contributing to all product operational aspects so as to ensure a seamless product delivery;
• Conduct respective competition analysis regularly per market and be able to interpret findings in the most effective way;
• Maintain respective metrics reports, update existing reports, and make proposals that will bring significant value to the product metrics overall. 

What you will bring

• 2-5 years of relevant experience with expertise in payments (some indicative industries: gaming, fintech, traveling, technology & information services, etc);
• Well-versed in translating stakeholder requirements into executable products and working with a wide range of teams;
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing various sources of data and writing product requirements;
• Experience working closely with technology teams and a good understanding of technologies used to drive the best product experiences;
• Keen attention to detail, expert-level organization, and major communication skills;
• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with extracting data from the Power BI tool;
• Experience in using Google Analytics tools;
• Presentation skills.
