The NFL is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Creative Marketing team. The position provides a high level of support to the Creative Marketing department by coordinating project schedules, assets, and deliverables for integrated marketing campaigns. Campaigns consist of on-air commercials, social content, and digital marketing creative, supporting all areas of the NFL business including tentpole events, cause initiatives, NFL Network programming and franchises, and NFL media products. This position will also provide support to the Creative Operations department.

Please note candidates will be required to complete a PowerPoint assignment as part of the recruitment process for this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational needs of the department, including vendor onboarding, contract management, invoice processing, resource scheduling
  • Work cross-functionally to support Producers, Creative Directors, and vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of assets for broadcast, digital and social placements
  • Maintain project timelines, manage deliverables and keep department aware of any changes
  • Booking facilities and voiceover talent sessions
  • Occasionally support live action production shoots through creating production schedules, curating and distributing call-sheets, and working on set as general crew and talent support.
  • Digital asset management of creative marketing materials including music cues, stock footage, photography, logos, and fonts
  • Manage and lead key cross functional and internal team meetings
  • Compile keynote and spreadsheet presentations   
  • Provide administrative support to creative marketing team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited undergraduate university preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role

  • Knowledge of production, workflow, formats and specs for broadcast production, social content, and digital marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to effectively interface with senior management, external partners, and successfully navigate and manage cross-functional working groups

  • Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous requests and deadlines

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • 40 hours / week
  • This varies on the need at the time, but most shifts would be Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm.

Salary / Pay Range

Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
