The label has released over 250 albums including nearly 200 vinyl products since 2016. Our merchandise and e-commerce business is growing quickly, helping our partners design, manufacture and sell awesome products across the globe.

The Role:

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced Production Manager with a passion for video games to help manage projects across our merchandise, e-commerce and record label divisions.

The candidate will need at least 3 years’ experience in merchandise or vinyl production. Any experience within e-commerce including platforms such as Shopify would be a bonus but not essential.

We’re looking for someone who has a real attention to detail, exceptional client relationship skills, as well as the ability to write proposals and decks for project ideas.

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team to manage a number of projects and clients providing an end-to-end service; including product design/development, manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce and fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-end merchandise and vinyl products from concept through to shipping to customers.
  • Manage client relationships, ideas, timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee e-commerce solutions ideally with a background using platforms such as Shopify.
  • Assist with business development finding cost effective ways to deliver the best products for our clients.
  • Manage and maintain a P&L for your designated clients list.
  • Work closely with internal and external marketing teams to provide details and assets to promote product releases.
  • Build and maintain supplier and other external party relations.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a similar vinyl production and or merchandise role.
  • Extensive experience in production, logistics and project management.
  • Oversee the manufacturing of items such as vinyl, apparel, plush, toys, pins and more.
  • Experience in using general Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of managing budgets, quotes and approvals.
  • A proactive approach to working and managing projects and client relations.
  • Experienced in proposal and deck writing to propose new ideas and products to clients.
  • A deep understanding and passion for video games in relation to music and merchandise. Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Any additional experience in design tools such as Photoshop and InDesign are a bonus but not essential.
  • Skills or knowledge of stock management and relevant tools.
  • A substantial contacts list of designers and manufacturing suppliers.
