This will be Part-Time role, Shifting Schedules, Fixed Term.

●     Follow processes, procedures and workflows and keep up to date with new updated procedures
●     Work in different platforms that connect the product
●     Pre check games-Monitor system events prior to live games
●     Monitor all assigned Live games
●     Check and open tickets for any issues you notice for troubleshooting
●     Keep up to date with all internal new product features and past week issues
●     Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge BaseRequirements:
●     Excellent spoken and written English
●     Any other language is a plus
●     Familiarity with IT systems is a plus
●     Any previous experience in video production is a plus
●     Autonomous; positive and analytical mindset; self-starter; a customer-oriented person
●     Ability to clearly analyze and document customer issues
●     Communication with other teams to share matches updates
●     24 hours shift rotation
