Let's start with the role 

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and proactive Program Manager to coordinate our internal resources in the execution of high-value strategic projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role is based in Sao Paulo, reporting to the Head of Operations.

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Lead projects; provide guidance, support, motivate and supervise project team members.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives. Gather requirements and acquire sign off;
• Facilitate converting the high-level project scope and its objectives into actionable tasks;
• Develop and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress & timelines; address and resolve issues to ensure project success;
• Identify resource requirements, milestones and deadlines. Utilize project plans and schedules to monitor all activities; 
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, adjustments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior management; 
• Apply best practices and expertise in online gaming throughout project execution to continuously improve deliverables;
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Development, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Service and other Internal teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization;
• Coordinate and deliver project insights and learnings.

What you’ll bring:

•  5+ years of project management experience or roles overseeing team delivery flow, ensuring timely and accurate execution and maintaining inter-team alignment;
• Experience in online gaming will be considered an advantage;
• Experience to implementation for Whatsapp Channels and creation of bots would be a plus. 
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills;
• Proven knowledge of project management tools, methodologies and best practices;
• Extensive familiarity with PM Tools (e.g MS Project, Wrike, GanttPro, Asana etc), Google Workspace, especially with Sheets and Presentations;
• Hands-on experience in business analysis, including analyzing and implementing business applications and/or deploying complex systems, will be considered an advantage;
• Capable of handling complexity, possess a strong bias for action and have the capability to focus and prioritize to execute effectively & efficiently;
• Solid organizational skills including collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Effective stakeholder management skills;
• Proficient presentation skills, including presenting to executives and senior key stakeholders;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• PMP certification will be considered an advantage;
• MBA is a Plus
