We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Program Manager, Sales Communications to join the Global Sales Enablement & Training Team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive writing background, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to craft compelling sales messages that resonate with both business and consumer audiences. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing clear, persuasive, and targeted sales content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and accelerates revenue growth.
This role is perfect for a communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating written communication content, sales process documentation, and has a deep understanding of how to tailor messaging for both B2B and B2C sales channels. This role will support our First-Party Inside Sales and Retail teams, Third-Party Retail teams and Peloton for Business sales teams (Commercial & Corporate Wellness). You will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market messaging and using sales tools to support revenue-generating activities.
