Responsibilities

Learning Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy to support the implementation of Workday HCM and a new HR Operating model.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify learning gaps and requirements across all regions and countries.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the training curriculum and materials.
  • Lead the training delivery across different regions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Establish a framework for continuous learning and development post-implementation.

Communication and Change Management:

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Leadership and Change team to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy.
  • Create engaging and informative content to effectively communicate changes, updates, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work closely with the Keywords Communication Director on all responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure their participation and buy-in throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), HRIS team, and other relevant parties to align learning and communication initiatives with project timelines and objectives.

HRIS and Technology:

  • Possess a solid understanding of HRIS technologies, particularly Workday HCM, to effectively translate technical information into user-friendly training materials and communications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and learning methodologies.

Cross-Regional Coordination:

  • Work across five different regions and 28 countries, ensuring that learning and communication strategies are tailored to meet the unique needs of each region.
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the new HRIS and operating model.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS technologies, preferred Workday HCM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally, as needed.
  • Relevant certifications in learning and development, change management, or HR technology are a plus.
