I’m James Barton, Global Projects Director at Hawk-Eye Innovations, and I’m looking for talented Programme Managers to join our dynamic PMO team. What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Programme Manager at Hawk-Eye, you’ll be at the forefront of project execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of initiatives that drive our company’s success. You will:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects and initiatives including new product launches, integration of existing technologies into new markets, and enhancements to our technical infrastructure and operational processes.

  • Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks.

  • Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities.

  • Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects.

  • Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution.

  • Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical product development processes.

  • Experience working with data analytics to track performance and outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams.
