ABOUT THE ROLE

The Programming Coordinator reports to the Director of Programming in New York. This person is responsible for assisting with content promotion and curation across Peloton platforms, maintaining a cohesive visual system and highlighting new content for Peloton members. Working with the Programming Manager, the Coordinator will play a key role in tracking the creative timelines and deliverables for all content promotion assets. This includes organizing detailed project briefs, liaising with designers, collecting feedback from key stakeholders, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time. The Coordinator will also assist in the organization of completed assets, and support the Senior Coordinator in launching promotions and curated content on the platform. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have a solid creative eye, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at once. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Track all programming assets from creation through implementation, consistently following up with designers and stakeholders across the company to ensure programming projects are on track 
  • Collect and organize detailed project briefs from the larger programming team on a monthly basis, and update as needed 
  • Work with the Programming Manager to brief designers on projects, ensure they have necessary resources, and collect and provide detailed feedback
  • Check programming details in briefs and on assets to ensure they’re correct
  •  Assist the Programming Manager in Manage programming team asset creation plan and consistently follow-up to ensure programming projects are on track o Ensure creative needs are created & received (copy, programming outline, description for guidance) 
  • Manage asset intake utilizing the Media Asset Management System
  • Supports QA and review presence of content assets on all Peloton content platforms
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordingly 
  • Essential to have strong Collaboration & Communication
  • Send regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in content programming, project management, digital marketing, social media, or similar role 
  • Working knowledge of project management tools 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite 
  • Solid design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Highly organized and process oriented with ability to multi-task 
  • Naturally collaborative

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$81,800$106,400 USD
