About the role The Programs Coordinator (Tennis World) will be responsible for the effective implementation, growth, and development of all program areas at Melbourne Park and Albert Reserve. This position will coordinate social leagues/competitions and tournaments and play a pivotal role in maintaining our best practices program standards and customer services. The Programs Coordinator will develop engagement initiatives within our programs, giving every player at every stage, an opportunity to play and participation in our sport. In this role you will: Oversee all program communications and enquires ensuring customer services standards are maintained.
Provide administration and customer service support to Social Leagues and Tournaments via email and over the phone.Produce regular, detailed reports on the effectiveness and management of the programs, considering both negative and positive impacts to the business. Actively promote all Tennis World programs to drive participation. Assist customers with the sale of merchandise and apparel in the Pro Shop. Process tennis court bookings and tennis-related enquiries efficiently.
About you To be successful in this role you will have: Knowledge of UTR platform and competitive play landscape Tertiary qualification in Sports Management or equivalent Initiative to provide positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
