We are looking for a dynamic Creative Associate Project Manager to support our Creative Director in enhancing the processes and visuals that connect with our diverse fan base. This role encompasses project management while offering the opportunity to contribute creatively, ensuring our brand remains vibrant and engaging. Your job will be to help coordinate efforts across all creative projects. You will organize, monitor, and route jobs through the creative department to various internal stakeholders, and you will play a trusted role in keeping all team members informed of their respective job statuses and ensuring that jobs follow the proper process. Whether you're creating timelines for projects, advising on the prioritization of active tasks, communicating milestones and expectations to teams, routing work for feedback and approvals, or rolling up your sleeves to support the creative team on the ideation and execution of work, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for establishing a consistent, ownable vision across the league that consumers interact with. Major Responsibilities: Facilitate seamless collaboration between Content, Social, and the Design team, streamlining approval processes and enhancing efficiency. Track creative project deadlines and timelines for the Social and Design teams. Review and evaluate all creative requests and briefs ensuring preliminary requirements are in alignment with overall business objectives. Manage feedback between Content, Social, and the Design team to consistently improve processes. Support the Creative Director in leading of weekly creative meetings. Support the Creative Director in proactively managing the requests and expectations of various departments including the Content, Social, Digital, and Brand teams. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a cohesive look across all assets and bring new ideas and creative solutions to the table for the growing WNBA brand. Contribute to future brand updates and innovations and help ensure a high level of creativity that is consistent and cohesive with the WNBA brand identity. Required Skills/Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in creative project management or production, preferably within an in-house design team or advertising agency. Experience in project managing and production for digital and social creative, and familiarity working with fast-paced social media teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or similar software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly transitioning between tasks and delivering results under tight deadlines. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus Educational Background Required: Bachelor’s Degree or a related four-year degree program required.
