Position Details

Position Title: Project Manager, Brand Experience

Position Summary

This Project Manager, Brand Experience role will oversee facility operations and strategic projects to support Wasserman's business operations. The position involves managing facility improvements, coordinating projects, and ensuring optimal workplace environments for Wasserman's global operations.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement facilities strategy and planning initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage facility improvement projects
  • Oversee vendor relationships and facility service contracts
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Manage space planning and workplace optimization
  • Support facility operations across multiple locations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or project coordination
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
