This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles.
What We Need:
We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled candidate to bring their operational expertise to 2K’s in-house Global Creative Studio team. The Project Manager of Creative Operations, Sports will sit within our Creative Operations organization and work across 2K’s Sports Marketing titles. This role will provide operational and technical expertise for our Creative and Marketing teams to ensure tools, systems and workflows are appropriately implemented in order to optimize the timely delivery of all marketing assets. This role will onboard, streamline and enforce workflow processes across all of Creative Services and Sports Marketing. Ideally is a guru with multiple technological tools including Project Management softwares (Workfront, AEM, Confluence, etc.) and can deftly manage all studio tools at an administrative level.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with the Creative Producers to manage budget, scope, timelines and quality.
Communicate project timeline risks and ensure key dates or roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
Ensure process consistency across teams, drive process improvement efforts, and be accountable for sharing relevant project information.
Be the liaison between internal cross-functional + external teams such as 2K’s localization agency, vendors, partners + offshore resources.
Help manage our daily Tech Tools and Project Management systems used across the 2K Marketing organization and all 2K game titles.
Oversee project accounting and contract maintenance - including opening POs, submitting invoices, and engaging with Legal on contract/SOW initiation.
Work alongside 2K’s Creative Services Production team on day-to-day project management, tech tools inquiries, and resource scheduling.
Help implement standard best practices using project management, documentation, and file-sharing tools and repositories.
Manage team and project trackers to help plan creative resources and assignments.
Help the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations organize and lead weekly meetings with all key partners
What Will Make You A Great Fit:
BS / BA degree (or equivalent)
5-7 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
Proficiency in Technological and Project Management softwares including but not limited to Workfront, AEM, Confluence and Slack
Ability to multitask and work with colleagues + partners in multiple time zones
Proficiency in Office and Google Suite applications
Working knowledge of Adobe design software and products
Attention to detail, quick learner, ability to communicate up to C-suite level
Agile/Scrum (CSM/CSPO) or PMP certification is a plus
Video game industry knowledge is a plus

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,100 and $118,560 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
