The role

At VisioLab, the sale is just the beginning. Our product goes live in high-stakes, high-traffic environments - stadiums, arenas, and venues where thousands of people interact with our technology every day. Someone needs to make sure every deployment is flawless, every client is delighted, and every project lands on time.

That someone is you. This is a hybrid role: part customer success, part project management, and all about making things work.

What You'll Do

  • Own the post-sale customer journey: onboarding, deployment, training, and ongoing success

  • Manage implementation projects end-to-end - coordinating across product, engineering, and the client

  • Be the client’s go-to person: proactive, responsive, and always two steps ahead

  • Identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals by driving real value

  • Build scalable processes: playbooks, checklists, and templates that make operations repeatable

  • Travel to client sites as needed for go-lives and key milestones

What you'll bring
  • Experience in customer success, project management, or a client-facing operational role

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls

  • Strong organizational skills and a bias for structured thinking

  • Excellent communication - you can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you’ll build the process, not inherit it

  • Willingness to travel for client deployments and events

  • Bonus: experience in sports, hospitality, or venue operations
