As we continue to scale and grow, we are in search of a Project Manager to strengthen the Oura Supply Chain team. The Project Manager is leading supply chain development projects for existing and new products and works in close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing finance and external parties to develop and ensure the most optimal Supply Chain for Oura business.

As our Project Manager you will develop and implement plans involving all aspects of Supply Chain, including demand planning, sourcing, production, logistics and distribution.

What You will do:

  • Define project scope and objectives supporting the company strategy and business requirements within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Prepare business case, budget and develop a detailed project schedule outlining deliverables and execution plans.
  • Take ownership of leading project implementation efforts with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources involved in project execution ensuring effective utilization and alignment within project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, key performance indicators, risks and cost. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, changes in plan, risk mitigation and costs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience and understanding across all Supply Chain functions and activities over the product life cycle, with a demonstrated ability to excel in at least one area of supply chain management in person.
  • Proven track record leading and completing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Good communication and presentations skills – proven track record of creating and communicating business cases, project plans, progress reports and executive summaries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a complex environment and with cross-functional teams, external parties and factories. A problem solver who is always able to find a way to co-operate.
  • Willingness to travel as required by Oura business to supplier and manufacturing sites, domestic and international.
  • A team player, with a focus on continuous improvement who makes people around better.
