Job Overview

Wargaming is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and streamline the production workflow within our Berlin studio. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the Creative Leadership, ensuring that the development team's requirements are effectively met by our local artists, designer, and external departments. Your focus will be on maintaining a consistent flow of deliverables, while also continually assessing and refining processes for optimal efficiency and output quality.

What will you do?

• Project Coordination: Take charge of organizing and managing the production pipeline and workflows. This includes ensuring that the local team has access to the necessary resources, guidance, and support to perform their tasks effectively and adhere to project timelines.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and blockers within the project workflow. Collaborate with the Creative Lead to implement solutions that ensure a seamless and productive work environment.

• Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the local teams and Creative Leadership. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones to ensure transparency and alignment of goals across teams.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within the gaming industry.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Excel, Miro, and other relevant software.

• A good understanding of the mobile gaming landscape, whether as a consumer or a developer.

• A growth mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.

• Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.

This position is located in Berlin, with 3 out 5 mandatory office days
