About the role
We are looking for a Promo Planner to coordinate the creation, production, and broadcast of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots for the channel, ensuring clarity, editorial alignment, and technical quality.
What you'll be doingCoordinate the creation, scripting, and finalization of promotional, institutional, and commercial spotsSupervise scripts and pieces, ensuring clarity, technical quality, and editorial consistencyMaintain an updated inventory of promotional, commercial, institutional, and filler spots (governmental and internal)Work in partnership with Programming, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure coherence between content strategy and audience communicationMonitor deadlines, performance, and engagement of promos, proposing adjustments when necessaryWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in planning and producing promos for TV or digital mediaKnowledge of scripting, promotional language, and post-production processesStrong organizational skills to manage timelines and workflowsExcellent communication and ability to collaborate across different teams (Programming, Marketing, and Production)Attention to detail, creativity, and strategic vision for audience communicationWhat’s In It For You
