Duration: 6 months (The end of June 2024 - The end of December 2024)

Format: On-site

Are you a passionate gamer and are you ready to dive into this exciting world? Join our team of professionals as we prepare our brand new live-service, third-person shooter game for announcement and release. As an intern in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing various aspects of the publishing process, from age rating applications to game, content and marketing localizations.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and play an integral part in bringing our upcoming game title to audiences worldwide!

What will you learn?

  • Industry Insights. Immerse yourself in the intricacies of the gaming industry, decision-making processes and strategies used to attract, engage and retain players.
  • Mentorship & Skill Refinement. Learn under the guidance of seasoned professionals, honing your communication, collaboration, and community engagement techniques.
  • Understanding of Game Publishing Process. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the game publishing process, including age rating submissions, localization management, and other essential tasks involved in bringing a game title to market.
  • Project Management Skills. Develop strong project management skills by assisting in coordinating various tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth execution of publishing initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge. Learn about age rating systems and regulations in different regions, gaining insights into the compliance requirements for launching games in various markets worldwide.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, QA, marketers, localization vendors, and legal department, honing your communication and teamwork skills.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Localization. You will gain cultural sensitivity and localization expertise by assisting in the adaptation of game content for different regions, including text, audio, and cultural elements. 

What are we looking for? 

  • A genuine enthusiasm for gaming, reflecting an understanding of its significance within our industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with our internal teams and external or internal vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Asana, Nifty, etc.) and processes.
  • An appreciation and understanding of cultural differences, crucial when localizing and preparing a game for a global player base.
  • Analytical competencies and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate in English. 

 What will help you stand out?

  • Proficiency in French, Polish, German or Spanish will be an advantage.
  • Awareness of current trends within the gaming industry, ensuring alignment with market interests and queries.
