Job Overview

The LiveOps Team has a goal to manage and operate the game as a live service.

We continually deliver meta-content updates, promotions, revenue, and activity-driven in-game events and improvements to the launched game to enhance the experience for the player community.

As a Live Operation QA, we handle client-side testing for delivering new content (such as lootboxes, ship skins, commanders, flags, etc.) to players, as well as version-related tasks like battlepasses.

Reports to

Our future colleague will report to QA Live Operations Team Lead

What will you do?

• Create and maintain test plans and test cases;
• Document testing results and report defects;
• Work with version control systems and bug trackers;
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues;
• Support continuous integration processes and participating in the releases;
• Collaborate with other teams: Monetization, 2D and Development.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a QA engineer;
• Understanding of testing fundamentals and experience with test plans and test cases;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small errors;
• Experience with Git\Svn;
• Experience with Atlassian software;
• Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and timely manner;
• Proficiency in working within a team and communicating effectively with colleagues;
• Advanced Russian;
• Intermediate English level or higher;
• Readiness for full-time office work.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Understanding the basic principles of programming (Python, C#, C++, HTML, etc.);
• Experience with test automation;
• Experience in game development;
• Gaming experience and passion for games.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office, after Probation)
