QA Specialist understands the client needs & expectations regarding the features/project in order to customize the testing approach as much as possible; Analyzes the competition and market trends in order to propose improvements that would improve the mood of the community; Acts as consultant in their expertise area, giving advice/recommendation for effective solution.

• Create and execute test cases based on project or team needs

• Perform tests on any platform/game feature assigned to you in accordance with QA standards

• Have a quick reaction to any type of requests, provide ETAs and results in accordance with the agreed upon deadlines

• Use your expertise to analyze main competitors for your game (strengths and weaknesses in their game or marketing strategy)

• Provide suggestions on improving the gaming experience based on your deep knowledge and understanding of user behavior

• Develop a self-management action plan on achieving your responsibilities and review it quarterly with the Team Lead/Platform Coordinator
