Job Overview
Schedule: Monday to Sunday with a day off, weekend shifts are rotated if operations allow.
Shift option #1: 7am to 3pm CST
Shift option #2: 3pm to 11pm CST
This is a remote position that only requires you to travel to our Mexico City office on an as-needed basis.

The QC & Classification Executive will be responsible for the following:
-Transformation of information to generate analysis.
-Monitoring and problem solving.
-Monitoring of production processes and identification of opportunity areas.
-Quick and effective communication of potential problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure through quality control implemented the reliability of Digital Content Ratings (DCR - Volumetric) data from the West market: Italy, Japan and Thailand, validating the trend of 390 brands daily.
  • Guarantee the correct validation and monitoring of the 3 different types of bases (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) within the SLA’s to comply with the timely release to clients.
  • Validation and monitoring of production alerts / verifications Zabbix, MediaWorks from 31 countries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and timely escalation to each country in order to avoid impacts on data releasable to customers.
  • Execute daily quality control for 1231 reels for Mexico and 93 reels for the Dominican Republic prior to the release to clients to guarantee the integrity of the data, as well as its follow-up aimed at solving potential problems.
  • Validate in real time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the availability of 441 reels for Sweden, 1961 for Italy, 186 for Denmark, 450 for Ukraine, 249 for Puerto Rico, 1231 for Mexico and 93 for the Dominican Republic; likewise validate the availability of the 56 different reference sites for Mexico.
  • Execute daily the Quality Control prior to the Release of the Streaming data for Mexico and Poland, giving end-to-end monitoring from the input of the information to the documentation of the findings and their follow-up.
  • Run quality checks for DAZN data, from reference generation to validation of Arianna data.

  • Qualifications
  • Upper intermediate level of English is a must
  • Intern or graduate of Bachelor or Engineering, preferably in Communication, Computer Science, Acting, Data Science, Computing, Systems, or similar
  • Experience in media analysis or monitoring
  • Microsoft Excel, or Google sheets basic medium, intuition for computer systems.
