Job Description

As a Product Owner & Team Manager with a focus on Media Asset Management (MAM) products, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of product leadership and team management. You’ll define and prioritize the product backlog for a mix of fullstack and frontend applications, making sure our solutions meet the evolving needs of broadcast and media production professionals.

At the same time, you’ll lead a skilled Scrum team — providing direction, clarity, and support. You’ll inspire creativity, keep the team focused, and create an environment where innovation can thrive. By working closely with Product Management, Technology Leaders, and other partners, you’ll make sure your team’s work ties directly into the broader product strategy and delivers real value to customers.

Requirements

  • A natural leader with a product-centric mindset and a passion for technology and media
  • Able to combine an engineering background with strong knowledge of broadcast or media production workflows
  • Skilled at engaging directly with customers, understanding their challenges, and turning them into innovative solutions
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and experienced in setting priorities and making trade-off decisions
  • Energetic and inspiring — able to motivate teams to stay creative and focused
  • A strong advocate for the customer’s voice throughout the development process
  • Active listener who values user feedback and integrates it into product improvements
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with engineers, stakeholders, and executives alike

The Stockholm office has approximately 70 employees from more than 20 different nationalities represented at the office. We have been in our brand-new office in Lilla Bantorget, 6 min walk from central station in Stockholm.
