As a Team Lead, you’ll be leading a nimble group that’s empowered to set ambitious goals and move fast to achieve them in a technologically inspiring project. Brainstorming complex ideas, building, proving, or dismissing concepts, the Team Lead will drive feature development to bring a better experience to our players.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an engineering team responsible for building complex, high-scale mobile game features.
• Maintain an innovative culture where discussions are open, strategic risks are encouraged, and problems are solved collaboratively.
• Build effective processes that will allow the team to scale smoothly while keeping agility.
• Cooperate with multiple stakeholders: Product, UX, Creative, Art, Economy, and Business Analysis.
• Move fast, fail fast, and learn fast, adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading teams and people management
• Working with reporting systems (e.g. Jira)
• Familiarity with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Proven planning experience in high scale projects
• Open minded and good in accepting new ideas, experience in moderating technical discussions and explaining the vision as well as connecting the details
• You are not stressed with changing priorities and fast pace.
• Critical mindset
