We are looking for a Receptionist that can help us ensure a high level of service at our busy office in the center of Niš, Serbia. 

Important note: This position is being offered on a temporary basis to replace an employee on maternity leave.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;

• Announcing clients as necessary;

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, receiving, sorting, and sending mail and packages;

• Provide excellent customer service;

• Coordinating lunch deliveries;

• Help in the canteen - includes grocery shopping, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, putting items in place, etc

• Carrying out the welcoming process for new hires - Providing a welcome package, presentation, creating ID cards;

• Ordering small office supplies ;

• Miscellaneous errands in the city;

• Additional tasks related to office management.

Job Requirements

• Writing and speaking English fluently;

• Has strong attention to detail and loves organization;

• Is punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new things

• Has a motivating energy and a flexible demeanor;

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

• Are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges;

• Are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient.
