We are currently seeking a Receptionist to support our U.P. Singapore Gym.

This position is available as a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Multitasking, e.g. taking orders and making pre/post-workout beverages.
• Familiarise yourself with the company's system software, update appointment calendars.
• Keep track of daily sales
• Inventory and stocking of beverage supplies and supplements
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Keep the bar and lounge area neat and tidy at all time, and reception when needed.
• Amiable and endearing personality.
• Taking initiative and working well independently.
• Warmly welcome clients and attend to potential customers, always ready.
• Answer incoming calls to address enquiries.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Salary: $10 per hour

Job Type: Part time

Hours: Weekdays / Weekends / Public Holiday - flexible to do morning or evening shift. Maximum of 35 hours per week
