About The Role:
Gametime is looking for a Contract Recruiter to hire non-technical roles and build out the corporate side of the company. You’ll be charged with identifying uniquely talented individuals to drive the business forward. You will design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage best-in-class talent through multiple channels. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as a subject matter expert to candidates and internal partners alike.

This role is a three (3) month contract.

What you'll do / own:
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, networking, research, etc.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for positions including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Ensure the best candidate experience throughout Gametime's interview processes
  • Find a way to provide and message a competitive advantage within our industry

  • A little more about you:
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a tech company or start up environment
  • Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate these to hiring requirements
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adjust a search as business requirements change
  • You’re detail-oriented and organized; you have the ability to manage competing priorities
  • You’re an exceptional researcher – you love to dig in and uncover hard to find information (and people!)
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, and excellent organizational skills
