Wargaming’s APAC Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for a Recruiter to support our Shanghai studio and APAC hiring. We are a team of passionate individuals who support each other. As a recruiting partner to the business, you will work with hiring managers to build hiring strategies, source top talent, and drive business-critical hiring decisions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, has handled end-to-end recruitment with a passion for growing as a Strategic Talent Partner.

Talent Acquisition Lead, APAC

What will you do?

• Partner with key stakeholders (business and HR) to understand and determine short- and long-term hiring needs aligned with business goals
• Predominantly recruit quality talent for our Shanghai studio, but also be flexible and recruit across other teams in APAC as required
• Take a consultative approach to establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and leaders, developing effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs
• Attract, source, and hire talent for different level open positions
• Drive the assessment process with hiring managers. Ensure candidates are assessed in a structured, scalable way
• Provide a flawless candidate and hiring manager experience with a high-touch and quality recruiting experience
• Stay current on industry trends and consult with hiring teams on how to successfully hire talent
• Become an active member of the Wargaming Global Talent Acquisition team.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of full-cycle hiring experience preferably in game development, technology, or entertainment from an international in-house TA team
• Experience coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process based on data driven, consultative approach
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers build high performing teams
• Proven experience in building and cultivating long-term relationships with prospective candidates
• Comfortable using recruitment management systems and leveraging their full functionality
• Intellectually curious, enjoying staying in the learning zone for business and market trends
• Team player who enjoys collaboration to achieve the best results
• Self-driven, able to motivate others, and lead by example
• Adherence to ethics, integrity, trust, and compassion

• Experience in the technology, online games, or entertainment industry will be an advantage
