The role

Infinite Reality is looking to bring on a Recruiting Coordinator reporting to our VP, Head of Talent supporting a team of Recruiters in a challenging and engaging environment. The position is mission critical for the team and for the company. You’ll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth global teams, providing a best-in-class, high touch candidate experience. You’ll impact projects, spearhead process improvements and get exposure to full-cycle recruiting. This role can be based remotely in EST (must reside on the East coast) in the continental United States.

What you’ll do

Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a first-class, positive, memorable experience starting from the initial contact until they become part of the team
Coordinate and manage candidate interviews and high-complexity schedules across all searches and teams
Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates
Open, close, and publicly post roles through Greenhouse, as well as manage Linkedin Recruiter job post slots
Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, ensuring each candidate is moving through in a timely manner
Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
Disposition candidates in the interview process weekly
Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process and ensure up-to-date transparencies/reporting to all stakeholders
Disposition candidates in the interview process weekly
Administer full-time offers, through Greenhouse or Docusign
Supporting ad hoc projects as needed by the team

What you’ll bring

2+ year of recruiting coordination experience, Tech or SaaS industry strongly preferred
1+ year of ATS experience ideally using Greenhouse
Incredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-through
Stellar attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities/deadlines
Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Quick learner, with the ability to streamline/create processes
Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

Have experience working in a startup environment
Familiarity with G-suite and Slack

Base Salary Range

$70,000—$75,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
