The Role:

We are looking for Recruiting Interns to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As a Recruiting Intern, you will be part of our Recruiting team. You will actively contribute to the success of our key account marketing campaigns by recruiting for our various Brand Ambassador opportunities. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to work and be successful in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Wasserman Next Gen’s in-house Recruiting team in sourcing top-tier Brand Ambassadors across various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Handshake
  • Participate in team research and brainstorms to support the Recruiting team’s hiring efforts
  • Assist in sourcing contacts from university career centers to grow relationships
  • Share ideas and insights into current student consumer habits and behaviors
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • You have an eye for up-and-coming Gen-Z based trends, and you’re a creative thinker that is willing to travel outside of the box for the right solutions
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, think quickly and solve problems with flexibility to work around tight deadlines
  • You enjoy researching, while also being highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Have an unmatched work ethic
  • You have availability to contribute 10-15 hours a week over the course of 10 weeks
