About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our high-growth team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of leading and building a team, recruiting best practices, achieving hiring plan goals, and leading data and reporting efforts for the teams you support. You’ll partner with leadership in various departments to build teams and help shape the culture and processes of the department.

The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a data-driven mindset, and pursue excellence. You are someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You have a passion for building relationships and collaborating with others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are highly analytical and have a track record of using data to make informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to support our hiring efforts and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that supports our growth goals while ensuring alignment with our values and culture
  • Own people management and development, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to maximize the potential of your team
  • Drive recruiting process best practices, continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Achieve hiring plan goals by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead our data and reporting efforts, establishing and tracking key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and implement new ideas and innovative solutions to drive better recruiting outcomes
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts and develop strategies to attract and hire a diverse talent pool that reflects our values and commitment to inclusion

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with 2+ years of management experience
  • Prior experience working in high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams
  • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $145,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#LI-HYBRID
