THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Regional Engagement Manager (Planner) to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Sao Paulo! 

Reporting directly to the BR Senior Director of Wellbeing Engagement, you will be a culture transformational agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellhub mission and advocating on behalf of Wellhub to clients, users, suppliers, and third parties. The Wellbeing Engagement Brazil team at Wellhub assists clients in building a corporate culture of Wellbeing through services and programs designed to help their employees lead happier and healthier lives. Our team is looking for a practical professional with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to manage the strategic planning of engagement and communication actions for wellbeing, alongside our Global Wellbeing Engagement and Client Success team

YOUR IMPACT

• Planning, development, and monitoring of campaigns for employee engagement through HR for large companies;
• Planning and monitoring of goals and objectives for each project stage;
• Providing daily support and problem-solving solutions;
• Interaction with the Global team for campaign alignment, results tracking, and the development of new projects;
• Project monitoring for JCP (Joint Communication Plan) with clients, involving the execution team;
• Collaboration with related areas for the development of new projects and campaigns;
• Control and management of the communication calendar, respecting SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
• Data knowledge and analysis skills;
• Prioritization skills to balance a high level of demand flow;
• Resilience to work in an environment with frequent changes and different scenarios;
• Critical and analytical vision of projects and their impacts on the entire ecosystem;
• Performance-oriented, data driven; organized;
• Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously;
• Enthusiastic, demonstrates initiative, discipline, and results-oriented;
• Possesses a diverse perspective, respects and coexists well with differences;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship with the team, related areas, and partners;
• Willingness to contribute to making the world a better and healthier place;
• Experience in project and planning areas;
• Proficient in the Google suite (Google Sheets and Google Slides);
• Advanced English.
