The Regional Product Manager, Console WOT develops product publishing vision in APAC region, working as an interface between publishing and development groups to support the successful execution of the product roadmap
Regional Publishing Producer, Strategy, WOT Franchise
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Interface between region and global development to support the successful execution of the product roadmap. Main point of contact on all issues related to product publishing in the region
Defines, plans, and develops regional plans to support product features and content releases. Supports the creation of the regional product roadmap including regional specific activations. Expected to lead the discussions with various stakeholders
Actively supports product business performance with adjustments to tactics to achieve product business goals
Works with regional team to support business development, engaging with partners and sourcing potential deals
Provide market level expertise to support regional planning based on local knowledge
Conduct in-depth analysis on all aspects of the product and provide input into both the regional and global product group to improve performance
Work on various product-related projects as needed
At least 5 years of experience in the console gaming industry, in a product management role; Strong familiarity with PlayStation, Xbox and Steam
Fluent in Japanese and English
Results-driven and can steadfastly push self and others for results
Good with organizing, effectively utilizing resources and coordinating multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
Good with managing multiple stakeholders, finding common ground and getting cooperation
Motivative and bringing the best out of the team members
Familiarities in Wargaming products
Experience in contract management
Good at managing diversity effectively and equally
