THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Regional User Growth Manager to our Marketing team in São Paulo!

Our User Growth is a dynamic team focused on driving growth through exceptional lifecycle experiences. With a customer-centric focus, we optimize every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers. Regionally, we take charge of Marketing-sourced revenue by analyzing data, bringing local relevance and cultural insights to campaigns, and fostering collaborative partnerships with local teams. Globally, we enable regional work and ensure consistency, identifying technical and operational opportunities, and leading global standardization. Our skills encompass analytical proficiency, execution expertise, strategic thinking, innovation mindset, local relevance, and effective digital marketing communication. Our team excels in understanding customer journeys, establishing global standards, influencing teams to improve the user experience, identifying opportunities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead End-user Marketing: Responsible for the End-user Marketing strategy across the region, with direct accountability for marketing-sourced paid subscriber revenue. You will manage key performance indicators, including member acquisition, subscriptions, and churn, with a critical focus on leveraging growth opportunities within our key B2B client base, collaborating closely with local stakeholders. This role requires you to develop comprehensive marketing plans, accurately forecast the impact of new initiatives, and continuously optimize our processes. You will own the full funnel of marketing metrics and KPIs, from conversion rates to the frequency and reach of channels like Email, Push Notifications, In-App Pop-ups, and WhatsApp.
  • Robust Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Drive growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests and having the proper judgment to manage campaigns and initiatives efficiently, while still being relevant for key growth markets. Prioritize between multiple initiatives applying strong business expertise, according to opportunities and enrollment rates of key clients in each region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As part of a global team, you'll collaborate with key local stakeholders (CS, WE, VM, CX) to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams and drive visibility of the work of your team. Build trust and foster a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Champion the End-user Marketing team in the region in forums like Regional Town Halls and Steering Committees, supporting other teams to get a better understanding of the Marketing initiatives.
  • Local Trends and Opportunities: Proactively identify regional trends and opportunities, benchmarking competitors and marketing initiatives from other companies. Prioritize and align implementation internally and externally with the Global structure and local leadership teams. Connect business numbers to responsibilities, expanding expertise beyond the usual scope.
  • Execution and Project Management: Serve as the dedicated Project Manager for regional end-user marketing initiatives, owning end-to-end execution from planning through CRM campaign deployment in an agile manner. You are responsible for maintaining a high-quality user experience by implementing rigorous QA processes. Oversee all deployment with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to global guidelines and best practices, and actively helping document new processes, all based on a deep understanding of the client and end-user journey.
  • Creative Asset Development: Manage the creation of regional marketing assets (visuals and copy). You will collaborate closely with the centralized Branding team to ensure strict consistency across all channels and adherence to Wellhub's brand and marketing best practices. When necessary, take a hands-on approach to produce creatives using existing templates in tools like Canva and Figma. Foundational HTML knowledge is required for effective channel deployment.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Encourage, influence, and find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers. Foster a creative environment to drive growth beyond standard channels and campaigns. Apply strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally.

Who You Are

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office when requested (at least 2 times per month). 
  • Expertise in end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on operational excellence and regional/global impact.
  • Proven track record in driving a culture of testing (A/B testing, hypothesis validation) and scaling local insights globally.
  • Expert at translating complex datasets and KPIs into actionable business insights, connecting granular numbers to the "big picture" and ROI.
  • Proactively identifies emerging technologies and industry trends to optimize the customer journey and stay competitive.
  • Proficient in managing multiple high-stakes projects using prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE) to balance effort and impact.
  • Master at tailoring complex context and shifting tone for various audiences, from executive memos to engaging public presentations.
  • Skilled at building synergies across diverse teams and senior leadership, resolving roadblocks through persuasive communication.
  • High level of autonomy to execute priorities with limited guidance, and the confidence to push back on misaligned initiatives.
  • Ability to identify opportunities beyond the usual scope and resolve conflicts promptly through active listening.
