Opportunity

The Consultant Relations Account Executive will play a mission-critical role in driving early revenue growth and retaining the revenue that we have secured. Reporting directly to the VP of Consultant Relations, this person will be instrumental in building trusted relationships with national consultants and brokers, key local offices of our consultant partners, and shaping the go-to-market approach alongside leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence the trajectory of the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key consulting houses. Own the relationship and generate key deal flow from your target consultants.
  • On a local level, help our Employer Sales representatives “open” key offices of your target consultants. 
  • Play a key role in renewal efforts of key accounts from your target consultants. 
  • Capture market sentiment from consultants to bring insights back to Twin. Play a key role in go to market prioritization decisions.
  • Expand win rates, renewal rates, and pipeline size from your target consultants.
  • As assigned, collaborate with potential channel partners to facilitate deal flow through their channels.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a benefits consultant and/or consultant relations at a peer organization.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with sellers to achieve their quota attainment from your channels.
  • Strong ability to identify pain points and position solutions with compelling ROI narratives.
  • Low ego, team-oriented, and energized by working cross-functionally to win together.
  • Passionate about creating value for employers and contributing to a broader mission (e.g., workforce development, talent access, etc.).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, understands there are no hard-and-fast rules but will do what is needed to support the success of the business.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into HR functions
  • Deep relationships with key large market brokers and consultants in your region
  • Deep relationships with potential buyers in your region
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Prior success in early-stage, high-growth environments

Benefits  

The target compensation for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
