Your role as a Registered Nurse 

Dialogue is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to fill a full- or part-time position in one of our in-person clinics, located in Montreal. The Nurse Clinician's mission is to ensure the assessment, care and referral of patients who consult us, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. In addition to in-person consultations, the nurse collaborates with our virtual team to ensure a seamless patient experience throughout their care journey. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Assess patient health status (adult and pediatric clientele) 
  • Perform various care techniques (dressings, swabs, ear cleaning, etc.)
  • Accompaniment and follow-up of patients with various health needs
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, mental health occupational therapists and nutritionists)
  • Participation in and implementation of health promotion activities (vaccination, women's health, etc.)
  • Use of internal protocols (prescriptions), internal processes (Coming soon)
  • Use of your entire nursing scope of practice (prescription rights) (Coming soon)

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Active OIIQ license 
  • Knowledge and mastery of PIQ, contraception, STBBI screening and treatment (an asset)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: expanded role, community or primary care, emergency care or critical care 
  • Ability to travel to the corporate clinic located in downtown Montreal, 4 days a week (or 3 if part-time)
  • Comfort with technology
  • Autonomy, professionalism, rigor and adaptability 

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English
