<strong>Let’s start with the role</strong>

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will oversee Kaizen Gaming’s regulatory compliance and public affairs strategy, ensuring full adherence to gaming regulations while actively shaping policy at local and international levels.

This role serves as the company’s representative to regulators and industry stakeholders, driving compliance and proactively engaging in legislative discussions to protect and promote Kaizen’s interests.

<div>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Public Affairs Strategy<strong>:</strong> Develop and implement Kaizen’s regulatory and public affairs strategy, ensuring compliance with gaming laws while engaging in policy discussions that impact the industry.

Collaborate with public affairs agencies and industry associations to anticipate regulatory trends and provide senior leadership with insights on potential risks and opportunities.</div>

Government and Stakeholder Relations: Represent Kaizen in regulatory and government affairs, fostering transparent relationships with regulators and policymakers.

Attend industry forums and advocate for the company’s position on key regulatory and policy matters.

Policy Development &amp; Advocacy<strong>: </strong>Monitor regulatory changes, contribute to policy discussions through position papers and consultation responses, and engage in lobbying efforts to support fair and sustainable regulatory frameworks.

Assess regulatory risks and coordinate strategic responses.

Communication &amp; Leadership<strong>:</strong> Develop regulatory messaging aligned with Kaizen’s business goals.&nbsp;

Collaborative Regulatory Advocacy: Build coalitions with industry stakeholders, oversee Kaizen’s participation in trade associations, and contribute to collective regulatory responses and policy recommendations.

<strong>What you’ll bring:</strong>

Education &amp; Experience:<strong> </strong>A minimum of 5+&nbsp; years in regulatory affairs, public affairs, or compliance, including at least 3 years in a senior role within the gaming or regulated industry.

Proven experience in government relations and policy influence across multiple jurisdictions.

Knowledge &amp; Skills<strong>:</strong> Deep understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements, with expertise in political advocacy and stakeholder management.

Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences, including government officials.

Leadership &amp; Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, build cross-functional partnerships, and foster a compliance-driven culture.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Technical &amp; Communication Skills<strong>:</strong> Exceptional writing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft regulatory responses and influence decision-makers.
