You could find yourself performing in GamePlay, AI, Graphics, VR, Tools, Network, low-level development, console and cross-platform specific tasks as well as porting. Responsibilities

·       Profiling of the game, finding and analyzing its bottlenecks and proposing solutions for performance improvement

·       Extending existing Engine functionality for features required by the client 

·       Modification of Engine code if necessary 

·       Periodic checks of game performance on consoles and investigations of possible improvements

Requirements

·       Experience with UE5 (knowledge of Nanite and Lumen subsystems is required)

·       Good understanding of UE rendering pipeline (mesh processing, shadow mapping, postprocess)

·       Experience with profiling of UE titles

·       C++ and HLSL coding skills

·       Console development (preferably PS5)
