We're now looking for a Retail Administrator who is ready to drive excellence across our dynamic network.

Step into this pivotal role with our dedicated TAB retail team and make a transformative impact on our organization. This role is key to the seamless operation of our expansive TAB retail network, spanning over 450 venues. You’ll ensure that our retail contractors and operators meet rigorous legal and compliance standards while keeping our contract records top-notch.

Every day, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining impeccable retail venue contracts and documentation, ensuring all TAB facility operators stay current with their training, and contractors adhere to AML and vetting procedures. Your success will drive the highest standards of integrity across Entain's TAB retail operations. The ideal role for a driven professional with a passion for administration and compliance, eager to elevate our TAB Retail network with exceptional service.

Where and how you can work...

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Brisbane, and Sydney, as well as other locations across New Zealand and Australia. This role will be based in Auckland. We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, enabling you to work a few days in the office with the rest from home, ensuring we achieve work-life balance and individual preferences.

Your day-to-day...

• Coordinate the completion of retail contracts for new TAB contractors.
• Coordinate the vetting of new TAB contractors and operators for new venue openings or ownership changes.
• Ensure new TAB contractors provide financial security before operating their venue.
• Provide support for retail and property team invoicing and travel bookings.
• Coordinate the setup of new retail operators in Entain's systems, including vetting across the TAB pub/club network.
• Maintain and update retail venue/contractor/operator information records.
• Keep retail operators' training records current and block system access for those with expired training.

You're a match if you ideally have...

• Previous administration experience would be desirable.
• Strong computer skills, in particular with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in data entry, paired with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong relationships.
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
