About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator – Retail & Trade is a casual role (need to have availability Tues-Thurs (within the hours of 9-5pm) supporting the delivery of retail and trade marketing activity across owned retail stores and wholesale partners. This role is designed for someone early in their marketing career who is keen to gain hands‑on experience and build practical skills in a supportive team environment. The role focuses on coordination, administration, and campaign support rather than ownership, with clear priorities to ensure meaningful contribution. Day to day activities include;

  • Support the coordination of retail and trade marketing campaigns within agreed priorities
  • Assist with campaign timelines, asset preparation, and rollout support
  • Help ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist with preparing and distributing in‑store marketing materials such as POS and signage.
  • Support retail campaign toolkits, briefs, and store communications.
  • Help maintain the retail marketing calendar and campaign trackers.
  • Support trade marketing activity for wholesale and B2B partners.
  • Assist with basic content updates using templates and approved tools.
  • Support content collection for presentations, reports, and internal platforms.
  • Help track marketing budgets, invoices, and spend.
  • Maintain marketing folders, calendars, trackers, and documents.

What we're looking for...

You will have good organisation and time‑management skills with a strong attention to detail. You have completed, or partially through your marketing degree, with intern experience in marketing, communications or currently working within retail whilst studying. You can demonstrate a basic understanding of marketing and campaign execution and are familiar with tools such as Canva is an advantage
