OVERVIEW  

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Digital Education Intern to join our Global Retail Digital Education team. This role will support the editing, organization, and distribution of videos and modules used for retail training. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to help bring learning content to life through engaging and high-quality assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The 8-week Alo internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.  

RESPONSIBILITIES  

VIDEOS:

  • Assist with filming, editing and producing video content for retail training initiatives including, but not limited to, Tik Tok-style education videos.
  • Support the organization and management of project files and finalized assets.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Education & Experience team to craft scripts and content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Assist with basic motion graphics, captions, or visual enhancements, as needed.

CONTENT:

  • Assist with editing and updating learning modules to align with brand standards.
  • Manage and upload modules to the learning management system (LMS).
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving content and workflow.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use additional Adobe Creative Suite products a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in retail preferred.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and brand storytelling is a plus.

The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
