Specialize in analyzing sales and market trends, and operational data using tools such as SalesForce and Google Sheets. Their expertise aids decision-making across multiple channels, ensuring data-driven strategies align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience creating and owning data models. Strong intrapersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations will be a cornerstone to success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the commercial planning process, including headcount and capacity planning, and account distribution.
  • Enhance key KPIs, improve funnel conversion, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Balance a high-level strategic view of the business while doing deep-dive analysis into forecasting and overall business performance.
  • Explain key planning drivers, gather feedback from sales, and make actionable recommendations to senior leadership across the organization.
  • Monitor Churn, Downsell, and Upsell while analyzing specific product performance across geographies.
  • Help craft and measure sales strategy for our vertical stakeholders. Proactively uncover potential issues and offer insights for optimization.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by analyzing information from multiple sources and presenting coherent insights. Transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with key metrics to optimize business programs and marketing activities.
  • Create and maintain visually engaging reports and dashboards for effective communication of insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to solve data-centric business problems.
  • Catalog key insights and communicate effectively with the wider team.
  • Ownership of data hygiene, accuracy and integrity through exception reporting, meticulous validation and cleansing processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years in an analytics environment supporting sales in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or FP&A role.
  • Proven experience in an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Prior experience building and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts
  • Great team player: willing to lead an agenda, learn new skills, and roll up their sleeves to support when and where needed
  • Proactive and independent worker; willing and able to plan and execute foundational research, while also solving short-term problems
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Strong proficiency in SalesForce and Google Workspace. 
  • SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data mining using large customer datasets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link business objectives to KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adept at working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
