The Revenue Operations Associate at Intellect ensures seamless operations throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle by partnering with the sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for analyzing data, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize revenue growth and enhance overall operational performance.

Collaborate with the sales team in identifying critical targets and metrics and measure the impact of sales funnel, activities, and initiatives.
Administer Hubspot by managing user setup, roles, and profiles, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, dashboards, reports, and validations.
Directly support the sales, marketing, partnership, and customer success teams with operational and administrative functions.
Drive adoption of the Hubspot platform through standardization of current processes, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization - Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment
Develop training materials and provide support to team members on best practices and system usage. Document processes and ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field (preferred), or 3+years of equivalent work experience
You are comfortable working with CRM systems - experience with Hubspot and Gong CRM is a plus.
Experience in analyzing data and developing customized reports on Hubspot to support critical business functions
Experience working directly with sales and marketing functions
Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
Excellent communication and organization skills
Preferably with experience working at a startup
You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work. You are meticulous in managing data and processes.
