About the Role

The RevOps System Lead will leverage their experience in managing revenue operations to enhance our project execution capabilities. This role involves becoming well-versed in our systems and collaborating on projects across the go-to-market (GTM) functions to ensure we deliver impactful results for the business. You will support strategies that drive both Sales-Led and Product-Led growth, playing a key role in scoping improvements and monitoring performance.

What You'll Do
  • Work with functional team leaders to understand our customers, products, and systems
  • Understand the current state of systems configuration, architecture, and integrations
  • Over time, develop a deep knowledge of the core processes that power the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce), ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Responsible for managing the day-by-day CRM data, workflows, and relevant integrated systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, including system migrations and integrations
  • Provide user support and training to enable team members to maximize their use of these platforms
  • Partner across the business to streamline processes and enhance collaboration among sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to execute tasks on larger strategic projects
  • Identify initial opportunities for automation, data integration, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency

  • What You'll Need
  • 4-6 years of direct experience working in at least one facet of revenue operations for a B2B SaaS business, preferably with both a product-led and sales-led motion
  • Advanced knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce, including customization, integration, and administration
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead management and revenue attribution
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including system migrations and integrations
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, workflows, and system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration, driving revenue growth
