Job Description

About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the role

As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead, you’ll be the strategic and operational driver behind the systems that power our revenue engine - helping us optimize revenue collection while delivering a best-in-class patient and provider experience. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy, you'll help scale our infrastructure, operations, and team as we expand into new product lines and partnerships.

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution - designing how we work, partnering across Engineering, Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Finance, and rolling up your sleeves to drive the initiatives that matter most. Whether defining the roadmap for Revenue Strategy, implementing new technology and vendor partnerships, or enabling the successful launch of new products and markets, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our revenue function.

This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up at a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company. If you're excited to take ownership of complex systems, drive measurable impact across teams, and help scale a high-growth organization, we’d love to meet you.

This is a full-time, NYC-based role (3–4 days/week in our Flatiron office, with some remote flexibility).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Drive Revenue Strategy: Own the quarterly and annual roadmap for Revenue Strategy. Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve revenue collection and operational efficiency - and lead execution from strategy through implementation.
  • Design the Revenue Strategy Operating Model: Forecast resourcing, improve team productivity, and design workflows that enable Revenue Strategy to scale efficiently. Build the infrastructure and processes that support sustainable, high-performance operations.
  • Build a Scalable Organization: Partner deeply with Engineering and Product to translate the strategic roadmap into technical solutions. Scope and launch tools that automate workflows and modernize revenue processes, including AI-enabled systems.
  • Lead High-Impact, Cross-Functional Initiatives: Quarterback strategic projects across Commercial Strategy, Product, Finance, and Operations that unlock growth - from payer expansion and new market launches to pricing, forecasting, and automation initiatives.
  • Own Key Goals and Reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards that inform executive decision-making. Translate data into strategic insight and ensure the organization is operating against clear, measurable goals.
  • Drive New Product and Market Expansion: Stand up revenue infrastructure for new clinical offerings, states, and payer arrangements - ensuring operational readiness ahead of scale.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 4–7 years of experience, ideally combining time in consulting, banking, or investing and strategy, operations, or product roles at a high-growth startup.
  • You’re a first-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems and designing solutions tailored to the business context.
  • You’re a systems-oriented operator who enjoys untangling messy workflows and translating them into scalable, tech-enabled processes.
  • You’re highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable building analyses from scratch and synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You apply 80/20 thinking and prioritize ruthlessly to maximize impact.
  • You’re a strong cross-functional leader and communicator, able to distill complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
  • You’re a high-ownership self-starter who operates with urgency, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and is willing to dive into the work when needed.
